Conducting professional & meaningful appraisals
Conducting appraisals is one of the most demanding tasks for any manager. Planning, organising, preparation and conducting an appraisal requires a range of skills and behaviours. Conducting a 'meaningless' or 'unprofessional' appraisal is worse than doing no appraisal at all and can damage employees!
